We accept mobile money and bank payments via Lipa Na M-Pesa Till Number — this works from M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa/Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money, CRDB, NMB, and other Tanzanian banks. Invoices are issued in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS).
Yes. Every invoice and order includes step-by-step Till Number payment instructions that work from whichever mobile money app or bank you already use.
Our helpdesk is available Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM East Africa Time. WhatsApp messages sent outside these hours are answered the next business day.
Our hosting plans target 99.5% uptime or better. If your site experiences downtime due to an issue on our end, our support team will investigate and resolve it as a priority.
Yes. Hosting and application subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
It depends on scope, but most projects move from discovery to launch in 4 to 12 weeks. We give you a clear timeline after the discovery phase.
Yes. Every software project includes a support period after launch, and we offer ongoing maintenance plans for ongoing bug fixes, updates, and new features.
Yes. Most of our work is delivered remotely, and we can arrange on-site visits for schools and businesses elsewhere in Tanzania when needed.
